Margaretta Page, RN, MS

Margaretta Page is a nurse who specializes in neuro-oncology. She co-manages the care of all brain tumor patients treated at UCSF Medical Center. Along with her colleague Jane Rabbitt, both registered nurses, she is recognized nationally for her expertise in caring for adults participating in clinical trials – studies to assess possible new treatments. They are both often asked to speak to community and professional groups on the care of patients with brain tumors.

Page earned her bachelor's degree at St. Louis University and a master's degree in neuroscience nursing at UCSF. She joined UCSF Medical Center in 1985.
