Mark Wu, OD

Dr. Mark Wu is an optometrist and primary eye care provider who cares for patients of all ages. He treats a range of eye conditions, including glaucoma, cataracts, conjunctivitis and vision problems caused by brain injury or stroke.

Wu has a strong interest in neuro-ophthalmological conditions – vision problems caused by brain or nervous system abnormalities – and rehabilitation for these conditions.

Wu earned a bachelor's degree in neurobiology and a doctor of optometry degree at the University of California, Berkeley. He belongs to the American Optometric Association, American Academy of Optometry, California Optometric Association and Alameda, Contra Costa Counties Optometric Society.

A chess champion in his youth, Wu now enjoys rooting for the Golden State Warriors in his free time.
